All purchases are final and cannot be canceled, refunded or transferred to another person unless otherwise stated.

All tickets are subject to restrictions stated in the product description or redemption instructions.

As soon as you make a purchase, your credit card is charged the amount displayed, whether or not you use the ticket(s) purchased.

We do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, the opening of the area, or the number of open ski lifts.

The “Valais Mountain Card” cards cannot be used as data carriers for our daily or annual subscriptions.
